Athletic Therapy Hey, I'm Andrea, a 'possibility thinker' working as a Certified Athletic Therapist with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. I am passionate about helping people living with chronic pain gain a clear understanding of what's going on in their bodies and brains with pain neuroscience education. Together, we will (re)build trust with your abilities moving you closer to the quality of life you envision for yourself. What I love most is seeing people transform their mindset, identity, and confidence as they integrate new ways of seeing what's possible for themselves. My approach is grounded in self-compassion, curiosity, and listening. I'm always seeking to to understand the human experience better, diving into considerations of health equity, communication, neuroscience, psychology, human biology and behavioural sciences.
