Hi my name is Kimberly, I am a graduate of the 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC. From a very young age I knew I wanted a career that would focus on helping others, it was this vision that brought me to the massage therapy profession. During my program I had the amazing opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients from all walks of life, working with them to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. It was through this process I was continually reminded that I had made the correct decision to become an RMT. There is truly nothing more rewarding than aiding and watching people reach their goals.
Since graduating in 2012 I have become an extremely passionate Registered Massage Therapist. I take pride in continually aiding in my patients health by developing individualized treatment plans specific to their needs and goals. I thoroughly enjoy spending time studying and investigating the ever changing
human body and the many physical dysfunctions that may occur. Massage therapy is a very rewarding yet challenging career, it continually encourages me to critically think and consider all angles and possibilities as to why dysfunction(s) occur and how to develop a solution that will encourage optimal function.
In addition to my passion for massage therapy I am also extremely passionate about nature. I am a true West Coast girl at heart and enjoy anything that involves being outside and one with nature. It is this passion that brought me to the Comox Valley 5 years ago and why I look forward to continuing to build
a life here in the valley. I pride myself on living and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle and am always up for a new adventure!
Someone once told me that if you can find something you love and make a career out of it you will never work a day in your life and I truly believe I have achieved that. I look forward to meeting you!
