Private Yoga Instructions
One-on-one yoga sessions are great for anybody who is new to yoga and interested in exploring it for themselves without being in a room full of people, or for individuals looking for privacy, personal attention, and focus on specific therapeutic benefits for injury. It’s also very beneficial for anybody needing stress relief, or experiencing difficulties sleeping. Sessions are tailored to each individual for where they are at in their own practice. For some individuals, this may mean starting with props such as chairs, walls, blocks etc. Sessions are mostly restorative in nature, offering between 4-12 poses per hour with poses being held for longer periods of time than in a flow class. There is a lot of focus on breath and feeling into the body. Each individual practice is based on client's general health, specific injuries, strength, and flexibility. One on one yoga differs from a group class by allowing you to learn and move at your own pace and have your questions answered as they come up.
