Lindsay grew up in a small town in the Kootenays and spent most of her time outside throughout her childhood and teenage years. At a young age, she developed a passion for sports, fitness, and the outdoors.
Lindsay obtained her Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta in 2013. After working in the Kinesiology field for 4 years, Lindsay decided to further her education and career and completed the 2200-hour massage therapy program at WCCMT in Victoria. She enjoys providing massage treatments that leave her clients feeling renewed, refreshed, and able to move better. Lindsay incorporates a variety of techniques into her treatments including deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, general Swedish massage, trigger-point release, and providing home care exercises as needed.
Outside of work, Lindsay can be found mountain biking, trail running, hiking/backpacking, snowboarding, and petting any dog she can get her hands on. She has recently relocated to the Comox Valley from Victoria and is excited to explore what the Valley has to offer!
