Dr. Clay Ward
Chiropractor/Clinic Owner and Director Dr. Ward graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. He received his degree in Human Biology and his Doctor of Chiropractic. He then returned to his hometown of Medicine Hat to practice for 2 years. With the draw of the west coast matching his lifestyle, and his wife, Natalie, being a native islander herself, they moved to Victoria where Dr. Ward joined the Murray Chiropractic Group for the last two years. Both clinics allowed Dr. Ward to be at the cutting edge of sports medicine and treat world class athletes in hockey, baseball, cycling, rowing, track & field, triathlon and more. |
Dr. Dan Suppnick
Chiropractor Dr. Suppnick has been in practice for over a decade helping a wide variety of patients with all types of needs. He is a lifelong learner, teacher and caring clinician. As a chiropractor, he is honoured to be a trusted resource for his community and finds helping people in need extremely rewarding. In addition to chiropractic practice, Dr. Suppnick is an anatomy and physiology instructor at North Island College. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Michigan State University as well as a doctorate of Chiropractic from The University Of Western States where he graduated as his class’s valedictorian. |
Jasmine Bone
Registered Massage Therapist Jasmine uses her experience to treat patients in all stages of injury as well as those looking to achieve health maintenance. She uses many different techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Swedish Techniques, Muscle Energy Technique and stretching. Jasmine has completed continuing education in pregnancy, labour and post-natal massage, as well as yoga fitness trainer part 1 and 2. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, biking and basically anything that involves the outdoors and family! |
Lindsay Woykin
Registered Massage Therapist Lindsay obtained her Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta in 2013. After working in the Kinesiology field for 4 years, Lindsay decided to further her education and career and completed the 2200-hour massage therapy program at WCCMT in Victoria. She enjoys providing massage treatments that leave her clients feeling renewed, refreshed, and able to move better. Lindsay incorporates a variety of techniques into her treatments including deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, general Swedish massage, trigger-point release, and providing home care exercises as needed. |
Diana Lussier
Registered Massage Therapist Diana integrates her treatment style with various modalities. These include myo-fascial therapy ,deep tissue neuromuscular and deep tendon techniques as well as nervous system calming modalities. working on a variety of injuries and conditions such as migraines, concussions, lumbar/pelvic imbalances, shoulder injuries, anxiety and depression, scar tissue, and of course the wide variety of sport injuries and work related repetitive strains. |
Dresden Varney
Registered Massage Therapist *Please note-Dresdens practice is dedicated women’s health and therefore exclusively treats women. At the core of all of Dresden’s treatments, is nervous system support. Dresden is trained in Craniosacral Therapy, and subscribes to the understanding that the body often holds unresolved “stuff”, that can manifest into physical discomfort. When the body feels safe, and tended to, we can begin to address these stuck areas, to help facilitate in the process of letting go. She treats mostly in silence, to encourage inner presence, and uses a medium style of pressure, to allow the body to gently unwind and release tension. Dresden has an informed treatment approach, which is also guided by her intuition, into an application that is attentive, therapeutic, and nurturing. |
Jillian Peacock
Registered Massage Therapist Jillian grew up on Vancouver island and moved to Vancouver in pursuit of her massage therapy career. Recently returning to Vancouver Island after gaining over two year experience with a diverse clientele in Vancouver. She graduated from VCMT in 2021 with honours. Jillian’s approach is very goal oriented, and typically uses deeper pressure coupled with dynamic releases. |
Kimberly Miller (On Mat-Leave)
Registered Massage Therapist Kimberly take pride in continually aiding in her patients health by developing individualized treatment plans specific to their needs and goals. She thoroughly enjoys spending time studying and investigating the ever changing human body and the many physical dysfunctions that may occur. Kimberly considers all angles and possibilities as to why dysfunction(s) occur and how to develop a solution that will encourage optimal function. |
